Copper Bottle Care Guide
Crafted with purity. Designed to last.
Thank you for choosing Nira Earth. Our copper bottles are made from 100% pure, food-safe copper — no coatings, no fillers, and no compromises. Like all natural materials, copper evolves over time. With the right care, your bottle will age beautifully and serve you for years.
First Use
Before first use:
Rinse thoroughly with warm water and a drop of mild liquid soap.
Do not use abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals.
Dry with a soft cloth.
Daily Use Guidelines
Use for plain still water only.
Copper naturally reacts with acidic liquids (like lemon, juices, and soda), carbonated beverages, and hot liquids. Avoid these to preserve the bottle’s integrity and your safety.Fill and let sit for 6–8 hours or overnight to allow the natural purification process to take place.
Empty and rinse between uses. Do not leave water in the bottle for more than 12 hours in warm environments.

Natural Patina
Pure copper will naturally develop a patina over time — a sign of authenticity. This does not affect the quality of the water. If you prefer a polished look, occasional cleaning will restore its shine.

Cleaning and Polishing
For exterior shine:
Cut a lemon in half, sprinkle salt on the cut side, and rub gently on the outer surface.
Rinse with water and dry completely.
For deep cleaning the interior (weekly or as needed):
Fill with a mixture of warm water, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of salt.
Shake gently, rinse thoroughly, and wipe dry.
Do not:
Put the bottle in a dishwasher.
Use bleach or chlorine-based cleaners.
Soak the bottle for extended periods.
